Package Inclusions & Dates

This package includes a 5-night stay at Honu Cove Hotel.

• Check-in: December 31, 2026 (Standard check-in time 3:00 PM)

• Check-out: January 5, 2027 (Standard check-out time 11:00 AM)

Room Type & Property Policies

• Room Type: 2 Queen Bed

• Maximum Occupancy: Strictly limited to 2 guests. All guests must be registered with the front desk.

• Age Restriction: The hotel is strictly age-restricted to persons age 16+.

• Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted on the property.

• Smoking Policy: Honu Cove is a strictly non-smoking hotel.

Events & Amenities

• New Year’s Eve: Includes access to the onsite NYE party featuring fireworks, a diverse selection of food and beverages (alcoholic beverages available only to guests aged 21+ with valid ID), and an outdoor pool party with entertainment.

• New Year’s Day: Includes patio breakfast, bottomless mimosas, and a pool party starting at 9:00 AM.

• Exclusive Event Access: Visitors of registered guests are not permitted during hotel events. This period of time is exclusive to registered guests only.

• Beach & Local Amenities: Complimentary use of beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, sunscreen, coolers, and ice. Complimentary golf cart shuttle service is available for local dining and beach transport (subject to availability).

• Game Day Shuttle (January 3, 2027): Includes round-trip party bus transportation to and from the Buffalo Bills vs. Miami Dolphins game for all registered package guests. Please Note: Game tickets are not included in this package.

Important Considerations & Disclaimers

• Weather & Availability: All outdoor entertainment, pool parties, and firework displays are subject to permissible weather conditions. Amenities and food/beverage offerings are provided on a "while supplies last" basis.

• Shuttle Gratuity: While the shuttle service itself is included, a mandatory driver gratuity of $25.00 per registered guest will be charged by the hotel upon check-in.

• Check-in Requirements: A valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card for a standard incidental hold of $300 are required at check-in.

• Travel Requirements: The Hotel is not responsible for advising of travel and entry requirements.

Hotel Policies & Liability

Honu Cove Hotel is not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage to personal property during onsite events or transit. Guests are expected to consume alcohol responsibly. As a condition of stay, all guests must execute a specific waiver of liability in favor of Honu Cove Hotel specific to this package purchase's events. Cancellation & Transfer Policy

This reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE at the time of purchase.

• Cancellations: If you must cancel, you will receive a hotel credit voucher for the full amount of the purchase, which does not expire.

• Transfers: You may assign this reservation to another party, provided you obtain written permission from Honu Cove Hotel at least 72 hours prior to check-in. Permission will not be unreasonably withheld.
